I just got a second battery that fits perfectly in that area. It’s not connected but secured in place when I take long trips. As for the speed, I’ve seen people Upgrading so hopefully soon we will see someone speed upgrades.

@@MACMOTOLA Thanks for the reply, ok so it has ample room in that area for a spare battery, good to know. Yes I am looking into swapping the rear motor out. But one UA-camr said it has a 193mm dropout and most motors I see are 190mm.

Unfortunately, not, but there are some great lock options that you can get from kryptonite that will lock the bike securely. I’m looking to add a key option. Just trying to figure out mechanics of it all.

They just got a new CEO. I didn't hear they were about to go under but I agree, the price was a bit high. They lowered the price to $2000 back in September. It's now listed at $2400...

I am. I have yet to see anyone do an upgrade but would change them out in a hot second if I could. Could always use more range on these bikes.

You don’t need to sign anything. It’s a class 2 bike at 20mph. Acknowledging the waiver with the app releases them from liability should you decide to go over the class 2 speeds.

You would have to sit further back on the seat so your knees don't hit. The seat height is only 30" so it maybe a bit small.

Did you get one? At that price, you can upgrade the brakes and the air shock and make it so much better!

We already added inverted bars and a rear half dome cowl/cover for the rear seat. Looks total cafe now like it’s ready for speed and cornering

Not sure about upgrading the controller but I have heard another Brat owner talk about doing an upgrade on another channel. The Brat is the perfect get around town bike. Not so sure about off roads as a stock bike but with the DNM air shock and the new Magura brakes I installed it would probably handle a lot better. Just uploaded another video today with the install. Check it out! And the Maguras are on sale for 116$ now. It’s great upgrade from the two piston brakes.

@@MACMOTOLA she definitely won’t be doing any off-road on her brat. She wants a street fighter lol. So she just ordered ordered tonight everything so we can slam it to the ground and get her in the total race position lol Looking at hub and spoke options now.. found only one guy on UA-cam so far who has swapped the hub so we’re going to find a way to go 60v or 72v one way or another. When we do we’ll get upgraded brakes to compliment the power. Love your vids thank you 🙏

Yea. If you can catch it on sale at 2400, that’s the sweet spot. Overall it’s been a really fun bike to get around town with.

I have not actually tried to pedal as the battery has been pretty consistent. But in mode 1 with pedal assist it is a great cruiser. I’ve done 15 miles using modes 3 and 4 and still had 75% left on the charge. The bike itself weighs 85lbs. I’ll try just pedaling on my next adventure.

Meh. It’s an average speed for this type of bike. But I agree, 35mph would be better.

It does. Turning if off and adjusting the shock using the rebound adjuster will dial in your desired setting.

@@MACMOTOLA, does the bike have cruise control? My Fucare has a wire in the levers that shuts the motor off if I hit the brakes. So I can’t upgrade mine. Bigger rotors would be nice though.
